Every employee is asked to complete a full application prior to the interview. During the interview process the employees are given skill assessment and aptitude testing to determine their level of skill. Upon completion of the interview, our specialists will complete reference checks and a background check. If these items meet our standards, the employee will then be required to submit to a drug screen.
We then work closely with our customers and field professionals to make sure the right employee is placed on the job each and every time.
