Due to an expanded demand, we launched GSI-Collegiate, a dedicated division focused on supporting the unique staffing needs of colleges and universities. GSI-Collegiate specializes in recruiting executive-level positions, athletic trainers, athletic personnel, administrative, event staff, and maintenance within the higher education environment. Our goal is to help institutions of higher learning find the talent they need to thrive.
How It Works
At GSI-Collegiate, we utilize cutting-edge systems to identify and match the best candidates for our clients’ needs. Each candidate is thoroughly screened and vetted by our team to ensure they meet your specific requirements. We take on all employee-related costs, providing you with a hassle-free experience. Our pricing model is transparent: we charge a standard rate above the agreed-upon hourly wage for the employee, with no hidden fees.
Flexible Options for Our Clients
We offer flexibility and transparency with our staffing solutions. Our clients have the option to evaluative a Gillmann employee over a period of weeks before making a long-term commitment. If you decide to formally hire a candidate after 90 days, there is no additional fee. Additionally, Gillmann Services offers direct hire search services for clients, with a predetermined rate agreed upon prior to the search process.
